Google has a very robust search algorithm which makes it an excellent search engine. But there are always way to hack something and the same happens with Google too. Using techniques, people make their sites come over the top in the search results despite of the fact that they are not very helpful. Google probably was aware of the fact and that’s why Google has launched now SearchWiki,a mechanism through which you can control which search results you want to see and which you want to remove. Here is the Youtube video displaying it,

And here is the official Google Blog spot about the same,

I am not sure that how many actually would bother to tweak their search results but in any case, the facility is there now. Hope it works also as projected but that , time only will tell.
