Expectations or Inability…. November 29, 2006

We all are not so good and neither so much bad.  People come to us and leave us.  Some do this under the pressure of circumstances and some deliberately.  But even if one have left someone, can’t he be with him/her in his/her bad times when he/she needs him the most?Being with someone in good times is something which all do but when the bad time comes than all one needs is support and a shoulder to cry.  Is it too much to ask and too costly to afford and give? When you need just 2 words from the person whom you think is closest to you,who  will be with you no matter what but you don’t hear a word even from that person, how should it feel? You are crying, dieing every minute, feeling so alone, longing to hear two, just two words from that person but you hear instead of all this  that even your existence too doesn’t matter for that person, how should it feel? You were always happy, smiling and all of a sudden, your smiles are gone and so is your happiness, is it just a coincidence, a change in your personality or its a consequence of some deep wounds on your soul given by none other but someone as close as heartbeats to heart are?No one gets angry without any reason, no one talks rude without any reason but when it happens, and that too from that one who never did that to you, do a self-check, what is there that you have done which is forcing the next person to do this?May be somewhere, something you have done which has crushed him/herself into pieces.  Yes people say sorry and think its all set and done but remember sorry doesn’t alive a dead person! And some don’t even bother to say that sorry too thinking that they never did anything wrong.  May be its just expectations which we sometimes set so much high on people when we shouldn’t or may be its just our inability to judge this world! If you ask me what it is, I really have no answer! If you know let me have the knowledge too.

Love, Some Folds Unfolded III…. November 25, 2006

This is not  from me but I found it somewhere.  I loved each and every word of this article.  If you ask me in context from this that ever I was “in” love or I was “loving” someone, I can say with full confidence that I was loving that person but Love hurts at times too. Why?I shall try to say in an upcoming post.  Read this article and if you are “in” love or yet to have taste it, make it sure, you walk on this path if you have courage in your heart and you can make and fulfill a commitment for your love.  Loving someone for sometime and than leaving him/her when the time is not right, when you think you would be in trouble coz of this, when you think you are bored from that person or that person has not given you anything in return, its not love.  It wont hurt you breaking someone’s heart but the other person will be crushed and believe me, its not easy to find someone who loves you without asking anything in return, without making complaints and lets you go on your wish!If you just like to do what you like, don’t come on the path of love.  Never say to your love one that you have nothing to do with him/her when he/she has given you everything.  It hurts beyond words can express!Remember its very easy to make a relation, its more easy to break it but it takes a lifetime to maintain it.  Enjoy the article:
A good relationship isn’t a game you play or an ego trip you take. It is about love and two people. Loving someone can give us the greatest joy we can ever know and it can hurt more than we can believe too. When it does not really hurt when that person did something disappointing to you, but really hurts when you see that person in pain and sadness, then you know you truly love that person.
Loving someone means you should be ready to experience heartache and happiness at the same time. That’s the reward and that’s the risk. Unless we are willing to experience it, we will never really know what it’s like to love and be loved.
Sharing love is probably the most valuable and meaningful experience a person can ever have. And there’s a difference between being in love with someone and loving someone. It’s the difference between a love that’s fickle, wild and short-lived and one that’s tender and passionate, nurturing and lasts a long time. The first is easy. The second, the one that really matters to all of us, takes work — because it’s about keeping a relationship.
Loving someone takes efforts. We have to be able to communicate with each other. Nobody can read anyone else’s mind. We always presume that our partner knows what we think and feel. Maybe in time we might be able to predict or sense each other’s thoughts but it’s never perfect and takes time to develop.
Getting the chance to love and be loved by someone is blessed. Respect him/her for who he/she is, and not what you want him/her to be. Everyone is pretty and special in his/her own special way. No one is perfect. It is true love which closes the gap of imperfectness to form a smooth surface of acceptance for each other. True love sees and accepts a person for who he/she is. It is also true love which makes a person change for the better.
The power of true love to a person is undeniable.
A relationship needs commitments too. What is love without commitments from each other anyway? It’s like principles and values. Everyone has them but they only mean as much as we are willing to stand for them.
The same goes for our commitments to relationships, and the person we love.
“Love is like an antique vase. It’s hard to find, hard to get, but easy to break.”
Every day everywhere, people fall in love … but just how many of these relationships are self-sacrificing love, and not just relationships which are formed only for the intense feeling of falling in love? I know hundreds of friends who say the magical words “I love you”… but more often than not, the truth is just — I am IN love with you. There is a difference between being in love with someone and loving someone. If a person says he/she is in love with you, he/she means that he/she likes you for who you are now and he/she fell in love with you because of the present you.
This kind of love is temporary and lasts only as long as the fairy tale lasts. When fairy godmother comes in at midnight to whirl us back to reality, we see the heartache of such a relationship…where both were only IN love with each other.
But if a person says he/she loves you, he/she means that he/she loves you unconditionally for who you are now, who you were in the past and who you might be in the future. When he/she says he/she loves you and really means it, you have to ask yourself if you love him/her too or if you’re in love with the idea of being in love. It is very hard to see the difference through logical thinking.
Let your heart guide you.
May you be blessed on your soul-searching journey for your soul mate.
Isn’t it so true?

Two Sides of A Coin…. November 22, 2006

While just stumbling upon web-blogs, I came across one few days back.  There was a post from the poster where he wrote that just before 2 days when he was supposed to meet his love who was going to come and visit him, they fought and things came to broke-up.  It was a heart-touching entry and if you ever have loved someone, you could feel the pain of that guy.  I couldn’t stop myself and left a comment.  Lately I got his reply back that he and his love have decided to be together.  He wrote that she loves him and separation is just one word which can’t ever come in them.  I just have to say that my best wishes are always with you guys.  I hope and wish that never ever this thing would come in your love.  Fights, disputes do happen and they are a part of love and life.  But one must never make them so high that for that momenteric anger, you lose someone whom you would never find again.
This was one side of the coin.  People who can’t live without their loved ones no matter what happens or would happen with them or around them and even if by some misunderstanding, their love goes far from them, it comes back, they bring it back.  But there are some unlucky souls also here in this world who don’t get this.  They have to bear the pain and collect the pieces of their broken hearts which is not broken by someone else but by their own love.  They just wait for the rest of their lives for their loved ones to come back, even just for one moment but it never happens.  Just like there is day and night, somewhere some enjoy the hugs and love of their beloved’s and some burn in the fire set by their own love!
I shall conclude by saying this only that reading love stories from books and websites, reading romantic novels doesnt prove that one truely understands the meaning of love and loving someone. If you have to tell everyone that how much good you are than may be you are not good enough! If always you explain that how much you value relations and relationships when others not but actually you dont even look back after breaking a relation and someone’s loving heart than still there is a long way for you ahead. When someone is dieing to hear your voice and you think its just a waste of time for you to spend some time for this, sit and think, is it really true that you know what is Love?

Break Over…. November 22, 2006

Yes I am back home but this trip didn’t go as I planned and expected.  This came out to be a rather bumpy ride.  Well this means that the whole trip didn’t go as I had thought and to make things worse, it didn’t last for that time till it was supposed to be.  The only good thing that happened that this whole mess was not created by me or was not the result of any mistake or carelessness on my part.
So I started on 9th from home.  I was going overseas to as like always, I caught a bus to New Delhi at about 9am.My flight was at 10.30pm in the evening and I was going to be at the airport at about 4pm but still I left early coz I had to pay a rescheduling fee for my ticket and I was asked to be at the airport 5 hours( yes you heard it right) from the schedule time of the flight.Nevermind I said to myself, I shall do an early check-in and would be free from all the hastle. So I started my trip on the bus.  It was an okay bus(cant ask for more in a bus right).Without any heart-breaking news in the way, I was at Delhi at about 3pm just as I thought.  From there I took a cab to airport.  Some kind of agitation was going on in the city at that time so the cab driver took me from a long and I mean a “really” long way.  Anyways somehow I got at the airport.  So as I was asked to go to the airline counter first and pay the fee so I started looking for that counter.  Well the place where I thought it would be,it was not there and it was not even near to it.  I had to go downstairs and take a complete circle to get to the office.  Anyhow, I got there and told them that I had to pay the amount.  Guess what? The officer said that its okay to pay it on the counter itself at the check-in.  I was just so much pist off at that time coz that was the only thing for which I came so early at the airport.  Well there was no other option with me else than to sit and wait for the counter to open which was not going to happen till 7.45pm coz flight was at 10.30pm and guess what it was just 4.30pm!Simply great!
Finally it was 08.00pm and I was allowed to come in the airport check-in area.  When I went to the airline counter, they said that I have to pay the amount that is a penalty for date change but I have to wait till the cashier is going to come on the counter.  I asked that how long it will take and the answer was 5/10 minutes only.  Well I can live till that time so I decided its okay.  Well I had no other choice too to tell the truth! But even after 15 minutes, there was no one on the counter.Suddnely someone came and said come with me.  I said where do I have to come when you guys have told me that payment would be accepted on the counter itself?Well I was told that cashier is at the “backup office”(means back office for us normal humans) and I have to go to him.  Well I dnt know from which hidden door that cashier got there coz all the time I never saw him coming and there was only door to enter.  Yes you are right, may be the back office has a back door too :-).Anyway I paid my fee, got the receipt and I had to rush to the counter to collect my boarding pass thinking that this is the last hassle that I am going to face today.  May be I said that a little too early  coz when I went to the counter and gave them that receipt, I was told that my luggage can’t be released and I must go to custom(yup custom) clearance coz I have now got the “RR” category which means till custom wont see my luggage piece by piece and clear me, airline can’t let me sit in the flight!Wow!Now that’s something which I really didn’t want at all.  Not that I was carrying gold or something like that in my luggage but it was just a plain trouble.  Anyways one can’t do anything when all this happens so I had to go luggage area, identify my luggage and then wait, wait till the time when my name would be called or someone would come out from the custom office and say, Mr.Aman? How bad it can be waiting for few minutes?I can live with that too.  May be I was just saying things way too early.  That few minute wait had now been transformed into 45 minutes and still there was no sign that someone from custom office would come and actually bother that why we were sitting there?Oh did I say we?I guess I forgot to introduce one another fellow passenger who was sitting with me in that waiting area.  He was a guy from Khanna city, just about 20 minutes drive away from my home.  He got the same tag “RR” coz he had also committed the same crime like me, he changed the date for his departure.  Well we were sitting there, talking about when we are going to get free(if we were ever going to get actually free) and finally will make our way to the flight.  He was going to Singapore for a semi-fun and semi-business purpose.  He was just 19years old but he looked way more big than his age.  Oh I guess I forgot again to tell you where I was going at the first place right?I was going to Singapore( I guess you know it already now) for an assignment.  Well now when we were sitting over there for about 55 minutes, we had finished a full packet of chewing gums, finished our talks also, and now we were getting a bit restless!I asked the airline persons that are we actually going to catch the flight or not and he said that he doesn’t know about it as if custom would say “offload” them ( means don’t let us get in the aircraft) than airline has to do that as custom has full authority.  Great! What else we could ask for to hear?Well I said that would happen if someone will actually come and say this to us.  I would welcome that too at least we would be at one decision rather than sitting here.  So the airline people said that they would go and check some official if he/she is free and would ask to sort our matter.  Luckily they found a free lady custom officer who came and asked me what’s in my luggage?I wanted to say some diamonds, few bricks of 24K gold but I just said that books and clothes.  She asked me to put my luggage in the scanner to verify my claim.  Sadly there were only books and clothes in my luggage so she had to say “you are clear” :-).So bad but that day I was not carrying my treasure with me!Finally the other guy also got his luggage cleared and we left for boarding.  Crew was okay and so was the aircraft.  Nothing special was there which I could figure out.  Food was, as like always, okay only.  Well it was going to be a five and a half hour flight and was supposed to land at 6.30am and I had to report at my office at 10am so I thought it would be good if I would be able to sleep for some time but somehow I couldn’t get that(just like always).Well never mind, I am used to now of being awake in the nights thanks to some thoughts which doesn’t leave me and let me sleep but that’s a different story altogether.
Finally, we landed at Chengi International Airport without any creating any “breaking news” for BBC or CNN.I said to myself finally now everything would be fine.  But just like before, I said it a little too early.  I went to the immigration check and as I was supposed to, I asked for a 30 days stay( I was going to extend that too lately) but that lady said that she can’t do that and the only valid stay I would get will be for mere 14days.BUMMER!I asked why is that so, she replied that the visa that you are carrying allows me to give you that much stay only and I am giving you a visitor’s pass.  Huh visitor’s pass? But I am not here for visit, I need to finish a long assignment what about that?Well the answer was contact immigration headquarters for further enquiries.  Well I got it there that travel desk back in India screwed up the whole thing.  Well first thing first and that was that I need to come out from the airport and got to my hotel so that I can change and report to the office.  My hotel was “supposed to be” Grand Central hotel on Orchid Road but somehow (I really dnt know how, to tell the truth), my booking over there got canceled and I was shifted to Hotel Aspinal  in Little India .Wow!That’s what I would call “chain reaction of bummers”.Oh I guess we left our buddy who was with me somewhere in between in all this ranting.  He was still with me and was waiting for his friends to come and pick him up.  He asked me to stay there with him till they wont come so I guess its okay.  Well he was quite sure that they would come as he already did call them up back there in Delhi.  But I guess they forgot or may be they never woke up as it was quite early in the morning.  Well I offered him that he can come to my hotel and can call from there to them at their hotel than he can go to them or tell them to come to him.  So we took the cab and left for my hotel.  It wasn’t much far from airport and the place was okay too.  I checked in and then we, me and Prabh,(its the name of that guy whom I met on the airport.  I guess I am forgetting a lot of things to tell you) left to search for his hotel,Hotel Broadway and for his friends.  Luckily it wasn’t much far from my place and was just across the next street.  We found his friends and as we thought, they forgot to pick him up.  Well I left him with them and I came back to my hotel to get ready and report at my office,Oracle University at Sun tech City.
Oracle University....
I was there at my office at about 11am.I already informed that I am coming and my training manager was ready there.  What a lady!I had not seen many  ladies who carry such a graceful persona and are so dedicated towards their job and work.  I told her the entire story that happened at the immigration check and to tell the truth , she didn’t like it at all and I fully agree that there was no reason that she should be agreed or liked that as she did her job very well where it was required and now it was the job of the travel desk on my side to take care and look after.  Still she was very nice and friendly with me and she remained the same all the time till I was there.  I can only say thanks for all the assistance, guidance and support that she gave to me.  She introduced with me the entire staff over there.  I met some very distinguished persons and I must say despite being on such high posts and all that, all were very humble and friendly, something which is not so common to be seen and experienced at most places with most people.  She explained all the concepts how to perform, what are the requirements and how to navigate the systems for practise and for real classrooms? It was a little tricky as everything was so much secured and restricted in all the possible terms.  But I managed to get the things somehow.  Throughout the time, I was there, I got  complete support from everyone.  I managed to finish up the class with a good note from the participants. I am still not sure how it actually went as I yet to have receive the official words.  Fingers crossed for that but lets see.
I told you that my hotel was changed and I was shifted to Aspinal’s.Well it was an okay hotel.  I mean it can be called just a normal hotel where you would find a room to sleep that’s all.  My first 3 days were really bad as the room given to me was really so much bad!Somehow, on my request, they changed the room and put me into a more better one with a window facing.  Food was not available there so I had to chose a vegetarian restaurant for my dinner as I used to have my lunch in office only.  So I chose Sagar Ratna. There are so many branches of it in India and it was nice to see one back there too.  Its a  nice, neat and fully vegetarian restaurent.Manager and also the owner of it became my good friends so I got some special attention also.  Place where I was putting up is called, Little India.  Well as the name says, basically all the shops and other places over there were mostly owned by Indian people.  It was nice to have a little India there too.
As I told you that I met so many persons there and luckily, all were so much friendly with me.  In this, if I wont mention about a person or rather I should say a family,it will be completely unfair on my part.  I guess its not very common that anyone does something for someone and when it comes to a complete stranger than its a complete no-no from most of us.  But there are some who are not like that and go beyond this.  I met a family over there who supported, guided and took care of me just like my own family would do for me.  If I have to tell how than this entry would be just about those things only.  Most importantly its that feeling which you can judge that it is deep from the heart and its so true.  I am so much thankful to you aunty,Jag veer ji for everything!I cant wait to be there with you again!
Well I had to come back early as there were some problems with my stay.  In total, I would say for me, it was again a nice experience in some ways.  It could have been more exciting if things would had gone according to the plans.  But I guess there is always a next time and I shall wait for it to come.  I didn’t get much time to go around and search the place.  Its a great place if you are planning to visit there.  I just took some random shots from the camera of my cell.  Have a look and enjoy them here .  I have yet to finish reading my favorite blogs and there is so much that I want to talk  about.  So keep looking.Till then aadios!!!!

Yes the time has come and I shall be leaving(hopefully) tomorrow for a very important assignment. Its really an important one and there has been alot that has been happening( and probably will continue to happen) in the past few days. That was one of the main reasons that I wasn’t able to be much active here too.  Just got to sort somethings and the funny part is that in that process, so many other things have lost the order!Anyways, I would be leaving tomorrow.  This time a little bit of tension and worry is there.  Wish me luck guys,I really need it!

Sometimes, some things happen which leave you just standing still and wondering about it.  Sometimes it can be a sudden and sad thing, sometimes something which makes you really happy and brings a smile on your face with an ever lasting memory of it on your mind.  You never can pre decide when it will happen and for what, no one has no control over it.  It just happens and when it does, it just leaves you standing there, sometimes smiling, sometimes sad, but always, speechless .
Something like this happened with me too today.  Have you ever experienced the joy of getting something which you really wanted always and never expected to get from anywhere? How would you feel when someone, out of nowhere, gets it for you and that too just coz you have mentioned it to him that you wanted that thing some time in the past? That’s the same that happened with me today.  Someone gave me two gifts today and for a person who have  got gifts by the times that he can count on his fingers, its something beyond words! The happiness and the joy of it cant be explained but can only be felt!I am not going to tell the name of the person and also not what I got coz its not the thing, its the gesture and the emotions which matter the most than anything else!I want to say so much but I really am not getting words to express anything.  That was the same condition with me when I opened up the box and saw it and that’s the same when I am writing this, speechless !

Its My SONY…. November 5, 2006

Okay so finally I got my own laptop!Am I happy? To tell you the truth, I don’t want to answer this question at this moment.  So when I shall answer?Well all I can say is that you have to wait for a little while longer to get the answer for it.  Its not that I am waiting for some technical analysis of the laptop to be done and than I shall post the results of it.  I am just waiting for some times to come.  For now I shall just say this only that its a nice feeling that you have your laptop at least for me its a very nice feeling.
Al rite, so you must want to know which model I chose? Well I did a little bit of research and I finally landed up on Sony Vaio SZ38. Among all the models that I saw, I liked this so much because of its sleek design powered with Core 2 DUO( 2ghz) with a 1gb(I am going to upgrade it very soon) RAM.  With a 13.1 inch of screen size and just 1.65 kg of weight, its really a laptop that can fit and sit well on your lap :-).Good work SONY!

Tale of Four Days…. November 1, 2006

So what you would do when you can’t make it to the Oracle Open World ? No you wont organize your own open world but if there is an exhibition being hosted in your city for the first time and you have got a chance to be a part of it as an exhibitor , I guess one must try it out.  So that’s what happened with me when my friend M asked me to come and be a part of his stall in this year’s industrial fair organized by Tender World and Punjab Auto Show.   It was organized in Delhi up til now and this was the very first time when it has been organized in Punjab.Big event, I must tell you!
So the exhibition had to start on 28th October.  Usually when you are an exhibitor, you have to make sure that all the flexes, brouchers and pamphlets and all this kind of stuff must be ready at least 1 day prior to the main event so that you can just go arrange it.Hmm well it wasn’t the case when it came to M.Sadly we or I must say, M was not as organized as he should be for this event.  You can imagine from this only that on the very first day when the exhibition had to start at 10.30am, we got at the venue only at about 12:00am.When others had already done everything and were ready to welcome the visitors, we were still arranging our laptops , brouchers and to some extents, ourselves too. For one moment, I just thought it was going to be a “flop show” but thanks to K( senior most developer and analyst in M’s firm), we did manage to get ourselves on the right track in a very short period. We didn’t see much hustle and bustle in the starting of the day.  There were some visitors who were really interested and showed keen interest in our ERP product, some who just came for fun and some who just stopped by, asked for our visiting cards and left.  So what we did the most in the first half of the day?Well we took the snaps of us and also the stall next to us,Pacific Securities , which were displaying a very unique kind of fire extinguishers,in the shape of a volley-ball!Yeah a ball which will blast when there will be fire and will settle it down.  I must say that all the stalls that I saw in the exhibition, Pacific people managed to decorate and arrange their stall in the best manner! And everyone who would pass by from them, definitely they would stop and look at the ball thinking,Hmm what it is and they will enquir!Very nice! This is one of the snaps that we took on the first day of the exhibition having me and K in it :
Day 1 Pic
We kicked off second day with  much better planning than our first day and me and K were there at appropriate time to set our stuff and get ready for the upcoming visitors. We saw a huge rush on the second day.  It could be coz it was Sunday and moreover, due to adverts, hoardings, which were flashing in the whole city and India as well, there were a lot of people turning up! I met very smart and nice fellows from Feast Software, IIT Pawai who are in the designing of engineering and simulation solutions.  Very nice guys and I must say, really smart too!We had a good time with them, shared ideas, exchanged our cards, it is always a fun to be with some nice and intelligent people.  I met one more very nice and intelligent fellow, Fan who came from China and is a design engineer in Wind King, next generation cooling solutions for homes and offices.  Very nice guy!Coz it was Sunday, my sister, K’s brother and sister, V and B, her collegue Manoj and one of my very good friends, Sunil called up to say that they are coming as well.”The more, the merrier”.Well Sunil came at the first place.  What should I say now what he was doing?Holding his digital camera, roaming around everywhere and getting snaps of anything/everything he liked(even disliked), he was really having a gala time there. A very funny incident happened when we had to have our lunch.S, me and K, we left lunch in the city and pre-planned to stop at a place.  Sadly, we couldn’t find it 😦 as none of us visited there before.  Anyways, when you are at Punjab ,one thing about which you never have to worry about is food.  So K said that we all must go to Gyan’s which is a very popular and a reasonable price eating joint.  But S said, we all must go to Yellow Chilly which is very much better than Gyan’s.No doubt, I knew that it is better than mostly any of the eating joints around but there is only one catch in the story that its very much costly too.  But S assured us that he had tried it out somewhere else and he found it surprisingly nearly the same as Gyan’s.Same!Alrite if the price is same  than we can definitely go and check it out.  So we got at Yellow Chilly. No doubt the place was very nice and well decorated.Staff was very friendly too.  Everything seems ok, time to check the menu card! When we flipped the first page of it, we came to know that we must had never listened to S at the very first place itself. Price was not only high but it was almost touching the stars! So what to do now? Well if you know me( even if you don’t know me than too you will come to know just in a while 🙂 ), its not in my nature to come out from a situation like this by just having water and saying sorry. So I decided that we are going to have our lunch there only.  I did scold S so much though.  I gave him a condition that he would get his life back only when we will order our food and it would be tasty.  Finally food came without much time delay and it was really nice.  Well we all came out smiling and S is still alive :-). So you want to see the hero of this short story?Glad you asked.  Here he is in a very dramatic moment when he had a raw onion without any garlic or so, must tell you that he was in much bad condition than he is looking here :
50 50!!!!
So after having a heavy and tasty lunch, we got back to the exhibition.By the time we were there, entire gang was there to welcome us. As it was Sunday and except us, they all were free, for the time they were there, they made the whole event an “all play and no work”.So there was so much of photo shoots, roaming around, leg pulling, in short, all play :-).Here is a pic of all of us together :
Moment Captured in a Snapshot
After all this photo shoot, sis and gang left for some shopping in the market as the exhibition was a little boring for them.S, M, his wife J , K and me were left standing on the stall.  We got a lot of visitors on second day.  There was a huge and positive response from the visitors in our software solutions.  As I am not from marketing team, but marketing is something which always fascinates me, it was a very nice experience to handle inquiries and make potential customers. If time and circumstances will allow, I would definitely try my hands in it too.  Well in all this, we ended our second day at the exhibition.
On third day, I just went to the event in the morning and for some time in the evening.  I had some personal things to sort out so I had to take care of those firstly.  I missed the fun as I was told in the evening that on the third day, the number of visitors and the level of enquiries was far far better than the last 2 days .Though I missed the fun and chance to interact and face more people, still I was happy that there was a good response from the crowd  not only just for us only but for all  the exhibitors as well.
Yesterday was the fourth and last day of the exhibition. We were told in the morning only that coz of it being the last day, exhibition closing timings were 5pm.The day was ok with again some good potential customers moving around.  One guy from Delhi, Pankaj stopped by and took great interest in our products and becoming our business partner.  I did the initial talks and it went off very well.  It was a pure marketing and business talk with nothing technical involved in it.P left with a promise to look upon things more seriously as soon as  he gets back to Delhi and also he gave me very good comments about my talk with him.  Always good to hear some positive and good feedback :-).  Well  in all this, we had our lunch, not anywhere else but on the stall itself.  It was organized by the exhibition’s caterers.  I must admit that I was feeling a little tired and also a little bored by the time we were approaching to end the exhibition.  So I went to our neighbor stall of Pacific Securities to chit-chat with their staff.  Had some good laughs over there.  Finally it was 5pm and we collected our stuff and left for office.  Well we actually didn’t go to office and stopped at Cafe Coffee Day instead :-).Whose idea it was?Hmm whose else idea it can be?Yes you got it right! It was me.  Just wanted to go there as it was a long long time since I had visited there.  It was not the same.  So much has been changed there.  Only the coffee and the ambience is still the same and that’s the only two things which I like there.  I met a very good friend, who happens to be a part of CCD too as well ,after a long time.  Good!So after spending some time,I guess about an hour, we left for home!Yes home not office as we were all feeling a little tired so it was better to get back home and rest!Me and Kavita stopped in the way to go to  Gurudwara( a religious place for prayers).I never went there and all I can say that I was just amazed to see the number of people, arrangements and everything in fact over there.  We spent about 20 minutes there and than we finally left for home.
It was a good experience over all.  Met some nice and intelligent people, learned some new things in the terms of marketing and business and above all, spent time with my friends.  Hope I would be able to do the same more and more in the coming future too as well.  Lets see.  What now?Well I am having a little stomach ache at the moment by the time I am writing this.  So I guess I would just sit and rest for some time(few  hours only) and than will answer you about it.  Till then, adios!!!!
