Help Desk, Support Services are the last resort where anyone would go when they have a problem with their computer hardware, software.HelpDesk is, well meant for help but is it really what happens when you call Support? Below is a TechSupport form available.Hope you will like it and also agree to it too. Have a read:

I agree. I hate calling any kind of tech support people. You get past the automated thing and then you get a support person that might as well be automated.
